Wrong Sprite pivot when using the Particle System "Texture Sheet Animation" module and Mesh Type "Tight" with imported Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project “TightParticle.zip“
2. Open Scene “TightParticle“
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Compare “TightSheetParticle” and “FullSheetParticle” GameObjects

Actual result: The animations on the GameObjects are Different (“FullSheetParticle“ has the correct animation)
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a5
