WP8 native plugin winmd placeholder cannot be set
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It is the rendering plugin example that uses a native plugin for WP8
2. Navigate to Plugins > WP8 and select the RenderingPlugin winmd file
3. Notice that the placeholder field is blank. If you click it you cannot choose a plugin that will be used as a placeholder
A workaround for this is to edit the meta file and insert the placeholder manually.
