[WP8.1] Linerenderer causes a black screen or crash on adreno 305 & 330 gpus
To reproduce:
1. Create a new 2d project
2. Create a line renderer
3. Assign the default-diffuse material to it
4. Set the 2nd position of the line to be at (3,0,1)
5. Build & run for WP8.1
6. Notice that the app is stuck on the splash screen image or the app crashes on startup

Reproduced on Lumia 520, 1520
Did not reproduce on Lumia 920
