World-Space Sorting Layer has no effect
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a UI Toolkit world-space panel
- Modify the sorting layer in the panel settings
Actual results:
It remains on the default layer
Expected results:
It should have an effect on cameras that don't draw all the layers
Reproducible with versions: 6000.2 6000.3
