Word Space Canvas doesn't show up in Frame Debugger when debugging a Standalone build
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enable "Run In Background"
3. Build and run the project
4. Open the Frame Debugger window, attach it to the player and enable Frame Debugging
World Space Canvas disappears from player view and does not show up in Frame Debugger
Expected: World Space Canvas appears on Frame Debugger
Actual: World Space Canvas does not appear on Frame Debugger and disappears from Player view when enabling Frame debugging
Reproduced on: 5.5.0b9, 5.4.2.f2, 5.3.6p7
