[Profiler] With Profiler attached (on DX11), the framerate is not locked on the vsync on the standalone build
To reproduce this bug:
1. Import the attached package
2. Open 'scene'
3. It has a GUIText which displays fps
4. Go to quality settings (Edit->Project settings-> Quality)
5. Set VSync count to Every VBlank
6. Build&run the scene on standalone with 'Script debugging' enabled
7. Notice that instantly or after a few seconds a frame rate becomes not locked on the vsync
8. Build the same project with 'Script debugging' disabled
9. Now everything works fine
