Custom shader fails to compile for WebGL
To reproduce the issue follow the steps:
1. Open "wireframe" project
2. Build WebGL project
3. Run the project
4. Press "wire_frame" button
5. Cube becomes pink while in editor wire frame shader is displayed
Reproduced in 5.4.0b6, 5.3.0f2, 5.2.3p2
