[Winodws] Service window flickers on dragging horizontally
Service window flickers on dragging horizontally.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Window > General > Services.
3. Drag services window horizontally.
Actual Result:
Service window flickers.
Expected Result:
Service window should not be flickered.
Reproducible in:
2019.3.0f3 (3d9621c63a7e), 2019.3.0f2 (539fe772fa2a), 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.0f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2017.1.5f1.
Working Fine in:
2020.1.0a16.
Environment:
Only on Windows 10.
