[MacOS] Input.mousePosition updates when outside the window on Mac, which differs from windows standalone
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build (windows) and run Default scene
3. Run in windowed mode
4. Move cursor outside of the window
5. Notice that position doesn't update
