[Windows][VSCode] "Error while monitoring path" is thrown on removing VSCode from package manager
"Error while monitoring path" is thrown on removing Visual Studio Code Editor from package manager on Windows OS only. This error is thrown regardless of whether VSCode was added as external script Editor or not. Refer the attached screenshot
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > Remove Visual Studio Code Editor
Actual result: "Error while monitoring path" is thrown on removing Visual Studio Code Editor from package manager
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a22
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a21, 2019.3.0f6
Environment: Only on Windows
Stack Trace:
Error while monitoring path 'F:\Delete\a21_VSCode\Library\PackageCache\com.unity.ide.vscode@1.1.4' code 6. Falling back to full path scans. Toggle director monitoring off and then on in preferences to re-enable.
