Windows Standalone crash on IntShader::GetTag or ScriptableBatchRenderer::ApplyShaderPass
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project
2. Build and Run the project in 'PC, Mac & Linux Standalone'
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.14f1
