[Windows] [Splash Image] After Splash Image has finished showing, it hangs showing only background color for ~4 seconds
To reproduce: (same steps irrelevant of platform)
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Build and run
3) After loading, check the number printed (it's realTimeSinceStartup taken in Start() )
On Mac, it is no more than 0.1 second (tested with 10.12.3)
On Windows, it is as much as 4.5 seconds
Reproduced in 5.5.0b9, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.2p1, 5.6.0b11, 2017.1.0a2
Not reproduced in 5.5.0b5 (only ~1s)

I really hope this will get fixed soon, it plagues the windows builds since September 2016.
