[Windows] Overlays Menu doesn't display long Preset title which causes to show empty menu item in the menu
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Overlay Menu in Scene view (press ` in Scene view)
3. Press on "Default" dropdown
4. Select "Save Default..."
5. In "Save Window Preset" window enter a long Preset title in the field
6. Press "Save"
7. Press on "Default" dropdown again
8. Observe the menu with saved Preset
*Actual results:* Menu opens up with empty item in it, newly save Preset title is not present
*Expected results:* Menu should open with trunkated Preset title, no empty items visible
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.3.0a4 (53ab01ef978b), 6000.3.0a5, 6000.3.0a6
*Not reproducible with versions:* 6000.3.0a3 (14d049ebeaff)
*Reprodicing on (OS):* Windows 11
