[Windows] Multibyte characters in the company/product name are wrongly encoded in the registry key and the cache directory name
Using multibyte characters (e.g. Chinese, Japanese and Korean) in the company name (PlayerSettings.companyName) and the product name (PlayerSettings.productName) causes the following issues:
- The registry key for the app is wrongly encoded.
- The cache directory name for the app is wrongly encoded.
For example, when the company name is "会社名" and the product name is "製品名", the registry key for the app is set to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\会社å\製å“å". Under the same setting, the cache directory is set to "C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\LocalLow\Unity\WebPlayer\Cache\___________________".
