[Windows] Entering large numbers in Project Settings Project Auditor section causes values to turn negative
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Project Settings (Edit > Project Settings…)
3. Select Project Auditor section (install Project Auditor package if such section does not exist)
4. Type a 9223372036854775808 or bigger number in any of the fields
5. Press enter and observe the field
Actual result: “-2147483648” is displayed
Expected result: “2147483647” is displayed
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.1 (6000.0.60f1), 1.0.2 (2021.3.57f1, 2022.3.67f1, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.8f1, 6000.3.0b6), 6000.4.0a2
Couldn’t reproduce with: 0.10.0 (6000.0.60f1) (No Project Auditor section in Project Settings)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Not reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
