[Windows] Edit menu has duplicate menu items (Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, etc).
The 'Edit' menu has duplicate entries for a number of the 'system' items (Undo, Cut, Copy, Paste, etc).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity 2017.1.0b2
2. Menu bar: Edit
Result: notice duplicate buttons.
Note: Only reproducible on Windows. No duplicate entries on macOS.
