[Windows] Build launches in fullscreen when Fullscreen Mode is Maximized Window
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-21756_Actual_Project” project
2. Build And Run the project
3. Observe the built application window
Expected result: Maximised window with border and title bar
Actual result: Borderless fullscreen window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a24
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.2 (Intel)
Notes:
- The issue is reproducible only on Windows in a build
- For macOS the window is a full-screen window with a hidden menu bar and dock, which is intended
