[Win7] Silent Crash when Video Player plays .avi video that has video = DivX and Audio = PCM properties
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project(testVideo.zip)
2. Check if one script that is attached to Main Camera is enabled
3. Enter the Play Mode
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.4f1, 2019.3.0b2, 2020.1.0a3

Resolution Note:
Not happening in the latest version of 2017.x, 2018.x, 2019.x and 2020.x. There have been multiple Win7-specific fixes in the mean time having to do with unsupported codecs.
