win7-opengl change layout issue
ATI drivers crashed
Intel drivers had redraw issue.
nvidea seems unaffected.
Clearly something is wrong here.
Repro:
1. Open ANY project in opengl, loading scene isn't needed
2. Use mouse to resize any panels inside the editor
3. Observe hard crash or redraw issue
