[Win10] Standalone touch input issue
To reproduce:
1. Build and run attached project
2. Touch with finger 1
3. Keep this finger on the screen.
4. Touch with a number of other fingers.
5. Keep these on the screen.
6. Release finger 1.
7. Touch again with finger 1.
8. From this moment, the touch points connected to the other fingers will be stuck in the ‘touch move’ state.
