[Win Store] Some shaders not working on Intel HD Graphics
Repro steps:
1. open project "MetroTest.zip" and build windows store apps build (XAML C# or D3D11 C#);
2. deploy project on device with "Intel HD Graphics 4000";
3. Cubes 1 and 4 do not appear to be rendered at all when run on an integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000;
