[Win ARM] URP projects fail to build that have a space in the name
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open Unity Hub in a Windows ARM machine
# Click "New Project"
# Select the template: "Universal 3D"
# Make sure the name has a space in it - eg. "My project"
# Click "Create Project"
# Build the project
*Expected results:* No errors or warnings are thrown.
*Actual results:* Build fails and an error is thrown:
{code:java}
The system cannot find the file: C:/Users/svc-auto-jenkins/Projects/My.{code}
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11 ARM
*Note:* Not reproducible if the name doesnt contain any spaces. eg. "MyProject"
