[Win ARM] URP projects fail to build that have a space in the name
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Unity Hub in a Windows ARM machine
- Click "New Project"
- Select the template: "Universal 3D"
- Make sure the name has a space in it - eg. "My project"
- Click "Create Project"
- Build the project
Expected results: No errors or warnings are thrown.
Actual results: Build fails and an error is thrown:
{code:java}
The system cannot find the file: C:/Users/svc-auto-jenkins/Projects/My.{code}
Tested on (OS): Windows 11 ARM
Note: Not reproducible if the name doesnt contain any spaces. eg. "MyProject"
