UI.Text objects with size tags (rich text) don't scale with Canvas.scaleFactor
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Bug scene
3. Resize game window
4. Notice that when UI.CanvasScaler object is set to "Scale With Screen Size" everything scales with screen space - EXCEPT UI.Text objects with RichText formatting of text using the <size=XX> tag

Still in 5.0.1. I hope they fix it soon as rich text is a handy feature.

Is it really fixed in 4.6.3? I have <size=xx>my text</size> tag on an object under a canvas which are scaling properly, and the font is not scaling properly.

It's still in 4.6.1p2 version.
