When particle system render mode is set to Billboard particle rotation is opposite to its start rotation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project (ReproProject.zip)
2. Click on the "Particle System" gameObject
3. Notice that the particle rotation is opposite to its start rotation (check ScreenShot.png)
Actual result: Particle rotation is opposite to its start rotation.
Expected result: Particle rotation should be the same as its start rotation.
