When opening Asset Store or Service window on Personal skin, it shows Dark gray color which is for Professional skin
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project or open any other.
2. Change Editor skin to personal.
3. Open Asset Store or Service window.
Expected result: Window will be drawn light gray.
Actual result: Window is drawn dark gray.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0f3, 5.6.2p4, 2017.1.0p2, 2017.2.0b5, 2017.3.0a1.
Tested on Windows 10.
