When multiple nodes and an edge is selected it is not possible to switch into Graph Settings mode for Graph Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the New Shader Graph asset
3. Select UV and Sample Texture 2D nodes alongside the connecting edge
4. In the Graph Inspector window try switching to the Graph Settings mode
Expected results: Graph Settings window is opened
Actual results: Graph Settings window is opened only for a brief second and the Graph Inspector switches back to Node Settings mode
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a16(12.0.0) 2021.2.0b7(12.0.0), 2022.1.0a5(12.0.0)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1(7.6.0), 2020.3.16f1(10.6.0),2021.1.16f1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0a15(12.0.0)
