When in framing+locking, if you drag object outside sceneview, the locking will break
1. Create a sphere in project
2. Lock and frame it with SHIFT+F
3. Start dragging the sphere into another position
4. Notice how the sceneview automatically reframes the object on mouseup
5. Now drag the sphere all the way outside the entire scene view window borders
5. Notice that the camera locking doesn't work anymore
