When creating a URP Lit shader graph is the "Opaque Texture" is enabled, various errors thrown.

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. Enable the “Opaque Texture” setting in URP Assets (Assets > Settings)
3. Reopen the project
4. In the Project window create a new URP Lit Shader Graph
5. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors
Actual result: various errors appear
Reproducible with: 13.1.1 (2022.1.0a16), 13.1.8 (2022.1.11f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b3)14.0.3(22.2.0a16), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15),15.0.1(2023.1.0a11)
