[Webplayer] badly named editor option
-e: the "Offline Deployment" gives people the impression that such a build would run offline while it only stops using the online version of the UO2 file
-repro:
--make a Offline Deployment webplayer build
--check the build output and notice the UO2 is placed alongside the build
--go offline
--run build
--NOTICE webplayer errors because it wants to check for the runtime online
