[WebGL] Video is not playing when starting it on iOS devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “TestWebGLiOS.zip” project
2. In the Build Settings choose “WebGL” platform and build the project
3. Open the built project on an iOS device and touch the screen
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Video is playing
Actual result: Video is not playing
Reproducible with: 2021.3.18f1, 2022.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a1
Could not test with: 2020.3.45f1 (Errors)
Fixed in: 2022.1.0a13

VLNQA00494 - iPhone 14 Pro Max, 16.0.3 iOS
VLNQA00392 - iPad (9th generation), 15.0 iOS
Not reproduced on:

Note: Not reproducible in the Editor, Chrome with macOS 12.4 (Intel)
