[WebGL] Video is not being played by the Video Player Component when Source is set to URL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "WebGLIssue.zip"
2. Press File>Build and Run
3. Observe the Cube in the built Project window
Expected results: Video is playing on the Cube
Actual results: Video is not playing on the Cube
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.16f1, 2021.1.21f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a8
Note: Only reproducible in MacOS
