[WebGL] Uncaught TypeError: this.decompress is not a function fails the player in very old browsers
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Build and run WebGL
3) Launch it on an old browser
It fails with "Uncaught TypeError: this.decompress is not a function"
Reproduced in 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.27f1
Couldn't test in higher versions, as the player would fail from browser's oldness in general
Tested and reproduced with Chrome 49.0.2623.112
Tested, but not reproduced in Chromium 52 (oldest publically available from Google) nor Chrome 74.0.3729.169
