[WebGL] UI loses Assembly Reference when building a project with FaceBook SDK
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project "SpaceShooter2019-30a7.zip"
2. Open "MainMenu" scene
3. Notice the console errors related to UI
Expected results: Project is built
Actual results: Error related to UI are thrown when building
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0f2, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.12f1, 2019.2.0a1
Note: 2018.4.5f1 does not allow to build a project on WebGL with Facebook SDK(an error is thrown "Plugins colliding with each other.")
Note: If the project was built on a working version it will be allowed to be built in versions that reproduced the bug
