[WebGL] "TypeError: Atomics.wake is not a function" error is thrown when opening a build on Chrome
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Make a WebGL build
3. Host the WebGL build
4. Open the built WebGL Player in Chrome
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: WebGL Player fails to load and "TypeError: Atomics.wake is not a function" error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a16
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.26f1 (WebGL threads not supported), 2020.1.1f1, 2020.1.10f1, 2020.2.0a17, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a1 (Python error when building, case 1270915)
Note: Tested with Chrome 86.0.4240.80
