[WebGL] template elements move to a different place on very wide resolution
-e: when the browser is wider than HD some template elements are popping
-repro:
--build and run simple scene in WebGL
--make browser window smallish so the content is shown in default size
--notice all the elements (logo, name, fullscreen button) are below the content element
--make the browser window really wide (above HD)
--NOTICE the elements popping to the top of the sides of the main content
