[WebGL] [Safari] Camera is not rendered when using PP Color Grading
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Build and run for WebGL on Safari and Chrome
3. Notice that Camera with PP Color Grading is not rendered on Safari, but it is rendered properly on Chrome
Reproduced: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b1
