[WebGL] Player crashes when Unity IAP is initialized and full exception support is not provided
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("WebGL2019.zip")
2. Switch to WebGL platform
3. Build an Run "SampleScene" scene
-- Observe the crash
Reproducible with: IAP 3.2.1 (2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1 (StandardPurchasingModule' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine.Purchasing')
