[WebGL] Player crashes on "TypeError: null is not an object" when opened on an iOS 16 device if using specific shaders
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached "iOS 16 Crash.zip" project
2. In the Build Settings select “WebGL” and build
3. Open the project on an iOS 16 device
4. Observe the result
Expected result: No crash
Actual result: Crash
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.21f1, 2022.2.0b13, 2023.1.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.0a13
Could not test with: 2022.1.0a14, 2022.1.0a15 (Editor crashes when building)

Not reproduced on:
VLNQA00494 - iPhone 14 Pro Max, 16.0.3 iOS
VLNQA00392 - iPad (9th generation), 15.0 iOS

Resolution Note:
Apple fixed the WASM bug in iOS 16.3. Our devs can no longer repro this issue on iPadOS and iOS versions 16.3 and 16.4, so we recommend updating to the latest iOS version.
