WebGL Player cannot connect to localhost
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "WebGL_Connection_Bug" project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Make sure to switch Build to “WebGL” (Edit > Build Settings)
4. Build And Run, and observe the Player
Expected result: the Player connects and the scene begins
Actual result: the Player cannot connect
Reproduced with: 2021.2.0a18-2021.2.0a21
Not reproduced with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.2.0a17, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a10
Fixed in: 2021.2.0b1
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Note: In reproducible versions, when closing the Unity Editor, it will not close and get stuck on “Application.Shutdown.CleanupMono”, unless forced to close, i.e. on Windows 11 through the task manager

Our information indicates that this is fixed in a later 2021 build. Please update to the latest 2021.3 LTS build for the fix.
