[WebGL] "Maximum call stack exceeded" error appears when Enable Exceptions is set to Full With/Without Stacktrace
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (TestWebGLBuild.zip)
2. Build and Run for WebGL
Expected: no error when launching the game on WebGL
Reproduced in 2017.4.10f1, 2018.1.9f2
Did not reproduce in 2018.2.0a1, 2018.2.6f1, 2018.3.0a11
