[WebGL] instanced terrain crashes build with error message
-e: see title, disabling instancing loads the scene
-repro:
--open attached project
--enable instancing for the terrain in the scene
--build and run for WebGL with FF or Chrome (support WebGL 2.0)
--NOTICE it fails loading with an error:
---TypeError: Argument 9 of WebGL2RenderingContext.texSubImage2D is not an object.
