[WebGL] [InputSystem] 'ArgumentNullException' is thrown when using InputSystem.Users.InputUser.PerformPairingWithDevice
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1254412-PerformPairingWithDevice.zip")
2. Switch the build target to WebGL
3. Make a WebGL build and run it
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: 'ArgumentNullException' error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.4.1f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
Couldn't test with 2018.4 (project errors after downgrade)
Reproducible with package versions: 1.0.0-preview, 1.0.0
Tested with: Chrome (83.0.4103.97), Firefox (77.0.1), Edge (83.0.478.45)
Note: Issue does not reproduce on Standalone (Windows) builds (tested both Mono and IL2CPP backends)
