[WebGL] Game fails when a web request returns non-200 response, and error reporting is disabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "WebGL.zip"
2. Make sure that Player settings > Publishing settings > Enable exceptions is set to None
3. Build and run for WebGL
Result: notice that the non-200 response causes the alert/dialog to pop-up stating that there is an error, and error reporting is disabled.
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b1, 5.6.0p2
Tested with: Firefox 52.0.4
