[WebGL] Editor freezes when Building for WebGL
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project "MyFirstGame"
2. Select WebGL Platform
3. Build the Game
Expected result: The Game is built
Actual result: The Editor freezes at about 80% Build
Reproducible with: 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10
Could not test with: 2018.4 (Compiler errors)
Notes:
Seems to freeze when Building native binary with IL2CPP
Does not repro with Windows standalone IL2CPP
