[WebGL] CustomRenderTexture is not updated when Double Buffered is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "CRT WebGL Bug" project
2. Open the "Demo" Scene
3. Open the Build Settings (File->Build Settings...)
4. Make sure that the "Demo" Scene is in the Scenes In Build list and "Buil And Run" for WebGl
5. In the Build try to draw something
Expected results: You are able to draw
Actual results: You're unable to draw
Reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 because of the NulLReferenceException error
Note:
- The issue has been tested and reproduced on Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge
- Works fine in Standalone Build and Editor
