[WebGL] Custom Cursors have "anaglyphic look"
-e: see title, used to work in 5.0
-repro:
--open attached project and run in editor
--press E to cycle through cursors
--notice the cursors looking fine
--build & run attached project in browser
--press E to cycle through cursors
--NOTICE the oddly colored outlines around the cursors
