[WebGL] Builtin Anti-Aliasing does not work in scenes with Image Effects
-e: Any Image Effect will disable Anti-Aliasing on WebGL
-repro:
--build and run test.scene from attached project
--the image will be anti-aliased
--enable "Blit Test" component in the camera in scene
--build and run
--NOTICE the image will NOT be anti-aliased
-repro on 5.2.4, 5.3.2, 5.4.0(b11)
