[WebGL] build with threading support fails to start in browser
-e: see title, tab freezes and errors are thrown
-repro:
--open attached project
--build&run
---chrome70 and FF65 with their respective flags enabled
--let the build start in browser
--NOTICE the tab freezes and browser asks you if you want to kill it
--errors are thrown in console:
---pthread-main.js onmessage() captured an uncaught exception: ReferenceError: window is not defined
