WebGL build produces an empty folder when project is located & built inside a Dropbox folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put any project inside a Dropbox-synced folder
2. Build the project in that same folder for WebGL
Expected result: the built project appears in the intended folder or an error is thrown if that's impossible
Actual result: the build appears to succeed but produces an empty folder
Note: Standalone builds appear to work as intended save for a few file access issues related to syncing
Reproduced with: 2017.1.1f1, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a7
