WebGL build freezes when the build runs into NullReferenceException
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Go to Files → Build Settings
3. Make sure that the selected Platform is WebGL
4. Press Build And Run
5. Wait for the build to finish and open in the browser
6. Wait for it to load
Expected result: The game loads normally
Actual result: The web browser shows a prompt about running into an error and the game freezes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.18f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a12
